However, when shoppers leave your page, it’s likely they won’t come back, especially if ChatGPT begins recommending other solutions.

Here are all the steps that are taken to ensure high quality responses to all your shoppers:
- ClinicianAI is trained to not offer medical advice. It is primarily summarizing pre-written content from clinicians (i.e., summarizing what other experts have written about the research related to your product)
- If ClinicianAI is not responding compliantly, we can work with our clinicians to update the pre-written content, and ClinicainAI’s responses will mirror those changes
- This pre-written content goes through multiple review processes. For example, the long-form research report is informed by a team of internal medical researchers, and the final version is then co-published by three paid Medical Advisors (it often takes a month or two to prepare this sometimes 30 page report, given how many layers of drafting and QA occur before we even test ClinicianAI in a demo environment for your product!)
- We test ClinicianAI’s responses to ensure it remains compliant based on your instructions and how you market your product; then we send it to you to test in a demo environment before anything is shared with a shopper
- By chatting with ClincianAI, shoppers accepts our Terms and Privacy Policy, and we make it clear right underneath the chat bar that ClinicianAI can of course make mistakes and that this is not medical advice
- While brands of course have to substantiate any written content that appears on their site (i.e., customer reviews, clinician reviews, the Ingredient Analysis, your marketing copy, etc.), because ClinicianAI is an independent tool summarizing this content in real-time, if ClinicianAI somehow goes rogue and does not respond compliantly (even after all the above steps to ensure it does not happen), FrontrowMD maintains responsibility in the case that ClinicianAI somehow mis-summarizes that pre-written content to shoppers who acknowledge ClinicianAI may make mistakes

Is my shoppers’ data kept private and HIPAA protected?
Yes, most importantly because we don’t know who your shoppers are! For example, when you ask ChatGPT questions you’re often logged into a user profile. When you ask personalized questions to ClinicianAI, we don’t know any identifying information about you (like your name, email, etc.!).
You as a brand will get access to all questions shoppers have asked so they can learn more about what their shoppers are curious about, but that will naturally be anonymized because we don’t have any of that identifying information.
