Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Frontrow Health, Inc. ("FrontrowMD," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on frontrowmd.com (the "Site"). It should be read together with our [Privacy Policy], which describes more fully how we collect, use, and share personal information and the rights available to you.

1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use related technologies such as pixels, tags, scripts, and software development kits (collectively, "cookies") that collect or share information about your device and your interactions with the Site. Some cookies are set by us ("first-party cookies") and others are set by third-party companies whose technology we have placed on the Site ("third-party cookies").

2. How We Use Cookies — And How That Depends on Where You Are

How cookies operate on this Site depends on your location:

  • If you are visiting from California, Florida, or Pennsylvania: Non-essential cookies (including all analytics, advertising, and targeting technologies) are not set by default. They will only be placed on your device if you affirmatively accept them through our cookie banner. If you take no action or decline, only strictly necessary cookies will operate.
  • If you are visiting from elsewhere in the United States: Non-essential cookies are set by default when you use the Site, and you may opt out at any time using the methods described in Section 6 below. Your opt-out preference is stored and honored across future visits.

Regardless of your location, strictly necessary cookies are always active because the Site cannot function properly without them.

3. Categories of Cookies We Use

Strictly necessary cookies. These enable core functionality such as security, session management, load balancing, user login, account management, and remembering your cookie preferences (including any opt-out you have made). The Site cannot be used properly without them, and they do not require your consent.

Performance and analytics cookies. These help us understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are visited most often and how visitors move through the Site — so we can improve it. These cookies collect information such as IP address, device and browser characteristics, and pages viewed. While we do not use these cookies to identify you by name, some of the information they collect may constitute personal information under applicable privacy laws.

Targeting and advertising cookies. These are set by us and by third-party advertising partners to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant advertisements for FrontrowMD on other websites and platforms (a practice sometimes called "retargeting" or "cross-context behavioral advertising"). They may track your browser across other sites and combine that information with data those partners already hold about you.

Functionality cookies. These remember choices you make on the Site — such as language, region, or timezone — to provide a more personalized experience.

We use a cookie scanning and consent management tool to identify and classify every cookie operating on the Site. Cookies that have not yet been classified are blocked by default until they have been reviewed and assigned to one of the categories above.

4. Third-Party Advertising and Analytics Partners

We use advertising and analytics technologies provided by third-party partners, potentially including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google (including Google Ads and Google Analytics), TikTok, Reddit, Microsoft (Bing), and X (Twitter). When these technologies are active on your device, the associated partner may receive information such as your IP address, device and browser identifiers, and the pages you view on the Site, and may use that information — in combination with information they hold independently — to show you FrontrowMD advertisements on their platforms and across the web, and to measure the performance of our advertising.

Each partner's use of your information is also governed by its own privacy policy. A current, detailed list of the specific cookies active on the Site, the party that sets each one, its purpose, and its duration is available in our cookie preference center, accessible via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the Site footer.

5. Notice of "Sale" or "Sharing" of Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and certain other state privacy laws, our disclosure of personal information to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You have the right to opt out of this at any time. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age.

To exercise this right, use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the Site footer, adjust your choices in the cookie preference center, or enable a recognized opt-out preference signal as described below.

6. Your Choices and How to Change Them

Cookie banner and preference center. You can accept, decline, or customize non-essential cookies through the banner presented when you first visit the Site. You can change your choices at any time — including withdrawing a prior acceptance or opting out after cookies have been set — by reopening the preference center via the "Cookie Preferences" link available in the footer of every page.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control signal and similar legally recognized opt-out preference signals. If your browser or browser extension transmits a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information via cookies for that browser, and the Site will display a confirmation that your signal has been recognized and honored.

Browser controls. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may impair Site functionality, and deleting cookies may also delete the cookie that stores your opt-out preference, in which case you may need to renew your choice.

Platform-level controls. Many of our advertising partners offer their own opt-out tools (for example, ad preference settings within Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit accounts), and industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out page at optout.aboutads.info provide additional choices.

7. How Long Cookies Last

Cookies remain on your device for varying periods. "Session" cookies expire when you close your browser. "Persistent" cookies remain until they expire or are deleted; the specific duration of each cookie we use is listed in the cookie preference center. Your consent and opt-out preferences are themselves stored in a cookie so that they persist across visits.

8. Your State Privacy Rights

California residents. You have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information without discrimination. Non-essential cookies are not placed on your device unless you affirmatively accept them. See our [Privacy Policy] for full details and instructions for exercising these rights.

Florida and Pennsylvania residents. Consistent with the consent requirements of your state's laws, non-essential cookies are not placed on your device unless you affirmatively accept them through our cookie banner.

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, New Jersey, and others) may have rights to access, correct, and delete personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising. These rights are described in our [Privacy Policy], and the opt-out methods in Section 6 are available to all visitors regardless of location.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above indicates when this policy was most recently revised. Material changes will be reflected in the cookie banner or preference center where appropriate.
