What kinds of clinicians do you work with?

Today, we support MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, and RDNs with a Master’s Degree, including dermatologists, derm PAs and derm NPs.

How does the patient cash back exactly work?

Very simple — they discover products on your discounts page, they buy anywhere, upload or email us receipts, and we pay them cash back to their PayPal or Venmo (no kickback to the clinician, 100% of the cash back goes to your patient, maximizing their savings!)

Do clinicians get paid for anything?

No -- clinicians are never compensated. While you have a personalized discounts page, patients are not buying products from you, you are not re-selling anything, and you receive no compensation of any kind when patients submit receipts to earn the cash back, which we pay them directly. Of course, you receive free samples as a part of the Reviews experience, but there are no financial incentives to earn compensation for partnering with FrontrowMD.

How does the Reviewing process work?

You'll share what your preferences / expertise is, and we’ll ship you a box of free samples to your house that match those preferences — once you’re ready, you’ll submit reviews on those products through a unique link, and then unlock your next box of samples!

And don’t worry, we help you submit reviews! We have an internal medical research and copywriting team that drafts example reviews with rich, research-based explanations that you can choose to flip through, edit, submit, or delete and draft your own.

Do you all vet these products up front?

Absolutely — our Medical Advisors, overseen by our Chief Medical Officer, screen, score, and reject/approve every product before it ever enters our library to ensure we only showcase to you products with legitimate science / research-backing.

How do you all elevate my preferences / voice to the broader shopper community?

Our platform tracks which products you select to include in your patient discount page + reviews about why, and then powers that data back to the health or skincare brand who is then easily able to verify / promote to their shoppers how many, which clinicians, and why these clinicians are excited to support their product.

When will I come off the waitlist?

Because we have high demand for free samples, new clinicians will be added to our waitlist, but you can enjoy free discounts in the meantime! While we cannot guarantee you will ever receive them, based on the preferences of our brand partners, you may be higher on the waitlist if you are an MD or DO, or practice in a specialty like dermatology, primary care, internal medicine, or pediatrics. Either way, once your credentials are approved, you’ll still have full access to your free patient discounts page.
