What kinds of clinicians do you work with?

Today, we support MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, and RDNs with a Master's Degree. Pharmacists, RNs, Naturopathic doctors etc., do not currently qualify as “clinicians” per official definitions; however, we hope to continue expanding our platform in the future to serve those kinds of experts!

How does the patient cash back exactly work?

Very simple — they discover products on your discounts page, they buy anywhere, upload or email us receipts, and we pay them cash back to their PayPal or Venmo (no kickback to the clinician, 100% of the cash back goes to your patient, maximizing their savings!)

Do clinicians get paid for anything?

No — clinicians are never compensated. While you have a personalized discounts page, patients are not buying products from you, you are not re-selling anything, and you receive no compensation of any kind when patients submit receipts to earn cash back, which we pay them directly. There are no financial incentives or hidden fees for partnering with FrontrowMD and setting up a discounts page for your patients.

Do you all vet these products up front?

Absolutely — our Medical Advisors, overseen by our Chief Medical Officer, screen, score, and reject/approve every product before it ever enters our library to ensure we only showcase to you products with legitimate science / research-backing.
